Fill out this form and then hit Submit to request a commission. I will respond confirming your order and order total. Work on your commission begins upon completed transfer of funds and all commissions will be completed in the order in which payment is received.

There is a transfer fee associated with PayPal's services (2.9% + $0.35 (US)) that I will add to your total once I have confirmed your commission. Failure to wait for a confirmation may result in the refund of your payment minus the transfer fee both ways.

Snail Mail Instructions

It may take longer than a month for me to receive snail mail and work on your commission will only commence upon received and cashed payment. I only accept US money orders; no checks or cash, please. Include a note in the envelope that references your online alias and a short description of your commission.

I am not responsible for money lost in the mail. I suggest tucking it in a card within a security envelope. Address of where to send payment will be sent in my confirmation of your commission.
